Terrence Thomas (1998-2000) played a key role in leading Midwestern State to consecutive Lone Star Conference championships while helping the Indians to their first two NCAA Division II postseason appearances.

The Dallas Skyline High School product scored 864 points and dished out 181 assists in his two seasons at MSU while earning first-team All-LSC honors as a senior in 1999-00.

Thomas earned a reputation as a clutch shooter by knocking down a game-winning, buzzer-beating 3-pointers in 1999-2000 to defeat No. 1 Metro State in the Disney Tip-Off Classic and to upend Northeastern State in the opening round of the NCAA Division II South Central Regionals.
