The Midwestern State sports information office is available to assist you with coverage of all 13 NCAA sanctioned athletic programs. It is our job and goal to facilitate communication between the athletic department and media outlets including print media, T.V. and radio. We aim to promote the athletic and academic accomplishments of our over 400 student-athletes, teams and department. All interview, photo and credential requests must be directed to the Midwestern State athletics communications office for all media outlets. To arrange an interview, request a media credential, or to obtain additional MSU athletics materials (such as photos, logos, etc.), please contact the correct sports information contact above. Please place your interview request at least 12 hours in advance of the intended interview date or athletics event.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Photographers must comply with all applicable NCAA, Lone Star Conference, Midwestern State University, event-specific policies and must be credentialed through the form below. Photographers shall remain inside the designated areas during all event play and are not permitted to take photos or move behind the team benches and official table. On-Camera flashes are prohibited during competition in addition to mounted strobes, unless you have received written permission from the Midwestern State Sports Information office. All rules and regulations are subject to space, safety, facility, conference and applicable NCAA/event-specific restrictions. For profit photographers must reach out.
MEDIA INTERVIEW PROTOCOL
When the student-athletes and coaches are in-season, their schedules are busy and we ask that members of the media respect their programs. Please request an interview by contacting the MSU Sports Information office. The media request MUST be sent AT LEAST 12 HOURS prior to the scheduled interview time. A media request MUST be submitted for ANY interview with players, coaches, or athletics administration.
Please be on time. The coaches and players will wait no longer than 10 minutes if an interview is scheduled. If no one arrives in that time frame, the coaches and players will not be available again until the next scheduled time.
Following the completion of a game/match, a 10‐minute cooling‐off period has been set aside for each coach to be with the student‐athletes on sidelines or in the locker room after each game. Coaches and student‐athletes will be avaliable in designated area after the cooling‐off period ends.
This is to be filled out by incoming freshman, transfers, and returning student-athletes that wish to change something in their bio. If you are a prospective student-athlete, DO NOT fill this out.
Credentials - Media Credentials will be given to members of the media for entrance at all Midwestern State venues. To apply for a media credential, please fill out
media credential request.
Interview Request - Interviews for specific coaches and student-athlete's are available upon request, please contact Cameron Brennan (cameron.brennan@msutexas.edu). Please give us at least 12 hours notice to coordinate the interview.

FloCollege (VB, MSOC, WSOC, FB, MBB, WBB, and SB) and
