Hall of Honor
Moore closed her career with two remarkable performances, winning an individual title in the 2015 NCAA Division II West Regional at the Foxtail Golf Course in Rohnert Park. That allowed her to win an individual berth in the NCAA Division II Championship field. Moore ultimately went on an incredible run to become the school's first and only student-athlete to win an individual national championship in a varsity sport.
She conquered the par-72, 6,193-yard course by carding scores of 74, 73, 74 and 76 for a 9-over total 297 to win by two strokes over Madison Lelly of Rollins (Fla.). She not only became MSU's first national champion, but was also the first women's golfer out of the Lone Star Conference to claim a national title.
Moore added another first for an MSU student-athlete following the season when she was the LSC Female Athlete of the Year. The WGCA also made a two-time All American naming her to the first team.
The Burkburnett native also set history becoming the school's first Women's Golf Coaches' Association All-America mention following her junior campaign in 2014.
She also became the first Midwestern State women's golfer to earn all-conference honors in each of her four collegiate seasons and was the LSC Freshman of the Year in 2012.
Moore graduated as the program leader in career scoring average (76.33), career wins (4), par-or-better rounds (14), career finish percentage (87.2), career countable scores (97.8 percent), birdies (196) and eagles (5).
