Hall of Honor
Lauren Craig played four seasons for the Mustangs softball program, earning several athletic and academic honors. On the field, Craig led the 2010 Mustangs squad to the NCAA Division II Super Regional Tournament, posting a .348 batting average, with 57 hits and 49 RBIs in her final season. Playing over 200 games for the Mustangs, Craig earned all-South Central region honors from the NFCA and Daktronics in 2010, along with earning Lone Star Conference North Division Player of the Year. Craig earned Midwestern State's Marie Morgan Award in 2010, given to MSU's Outstanding Female Student-Athlete. A two-time all-conference selection, Craig won the 2010 Fred Jacoby LSC Academic Athlete of the Year and was named to the 2010 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America First Team.
