The 5-11 guard out of Austin Connally High remains MSU's all-time assists leader (465) and ranks eighth with 1,667 points.

Wilkins earned All-Lone Star Conference honors and was named the league's defensive player of the year pouring in 17.4 points and 4.4 assists per game after garnering preseason honorable mention All-America honors as a senior in 2003-04.

He closed out his career with a masterful 39-point performance against Tarleton State in the opening round of the LSC tournament in Stephenville.

Wilkins was an All-LSC second-teamer averaging a collegiate-high 18.1 points per game while dishing out 3.9 assists a contest as a junior.

He averaged in double figures in each of his four seasons at MSU wrapping up with 11.6 points per game as a freshman and 12.9 points per game as a sophomore.
