Ressa Morris (1996-99) earned NAIA All-America honors as a freshman sweeper back, then became the first Midwestern State women's player to earn first-team Lone Star Conference honors in each of her four collegiate seasons.

The Allen (Texas) High School product helped MSU to a pair of LSC championships and another league regular season title.
