The Mineral Wells poured in a career-best 12.2 points per game leading the Indians to a second consecutive Lone Star Conference championship as a senior in 1999-2000 to earn LSC South Division co-Player of the Year honors along with Abilene Christian's Peter Kiganya.

Jackson dropped in 17 points per game to earn LSC all-tournament honors in 2000 going for a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in an opening round win against Southwestern Oklahoma State.

Jackson was a top reserve as a junior in 1998-99 scoring seven points and pulling down 3.6 rebounds a game as part of MSU's 27-5 squad which hosted the South Central Regionals for the first time in school history.

He closed his career with 998 points, 446 rebounds and 161 assists while shooting 51.1 percent from the field.
