SAN ANGELO -- In a see-saw affair at ASU Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon, Angelo State pulled out a 4-3 victory over No. 24-ranked Midwestern State, which fell to 9-5 overall and 1-1 in the Lone Star Conference.

The dual match was decided at No. 5 singles, where Jasmine Crain had won four of her last five matches for the Mustangs and was coming off a 6-0, 6-2 victory at Texas A&M-Kingsville on Friday.

Crain won the first set against Sasa Felixova, but the Rambelle rallied for a 3-6, 7-5, 6-1 victory as No. 31-ranked Angelo State improved to 16-0 overall and 3-0 in the LSC.
