NORMAN, Okla. -- Midwestern State produced three winners and three others turned in personal bests in the Southern Nazarene Crimson Storm Invitational Saturday night at OU's Mosier Indoor Facility.

Jaycee Lyons turned in a Top 10 effort on MSU's all-time performance chart on the way to winning the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:40.95.

The freshman from Holliday led a strong contingent of Mustangs in the race, followed by senior Alexandra Feller (10:49.24/3rd), sophomore Ella Pando (10:53.02/5th), sophomore Mariana Sanchez (11:05.01/6th), sophomore Rosalene Reyes Perez (11:05.14/7th), and freshman Jazira Perez (11:13.60/8th).

Feller also raced to victory in the 1-mile with a time of 5:28.01, outdistancing Oklahoma Wesleyan's Natalia Quiroz (5:34.29) by six seconds. Sanchez (5:35.49/3rd) and sophomore Lula Nolen (5:46.78/8th) also turned in Top 10 finishes for the Mustangs.

Nidhi Singh claimed a victory in the 600-Yard Run with a time of 1:29.43 which ranked third on MSU's all-time performance list. She finished ahead of teammates Jessie Heath (1:30.09/2nd), Daiza Jones (1:30.65/3rd), and Da'Shrana Sims (1:32.29/4th).

Junior Corinne Thorpe battled her way to the finals of the 60-meter dash where she finished seventh after clocking a personal best time of 7.85 in the semifinals.

Junior Nathalia Escontrias raced to a runner-up finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:23.72, placing just ahead of sophomore Jadyn Dangerfield (2:23.99).

Jones paced the Mustangs by finishing second in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.38, followed by Thorpe (26.45/3rd), Sims (26.47/4th), Singh (26.90/6th), Trell'Kyrah Watkins (27.17/9th), and Steveanna Hearn (27.30/10th).

Watkins also finished runner-up in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.87.

Senior Peyton Lewis placed ninth in the long jump (17-1.5) and 13th in the triple jump (35-1), while junior Delaini Hanna cleared the bar at 9 feet, 6 1/2 inches to take 10th in the pole vault.

Midwestern State next competes in the Jarvis Scott Open on February 9-10 at Texas Tech's Sports Performance Center.
