LAST MEETING | Shawnisay Miller scored 15 points and grabbed nine rebounds as the Mustangs earned their first win at Portales since 2015 with a 79-70 victory last season. Midwestern State shot 47.3 percent from the field and outrebounded the Greyhounds, 41-32. Natalie Stice scored 13 points for Eastern New Mexico and recorded three of the Greyhounds 16 steals in the game. Frances King led MSU with 21 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Iyanna McCurdy of ENMU led all scorers with 24 points on 8-of-13 shooting and pulled down eight rebounds for the Greyhounds.

LAST TIME OUT | Western New Mexico held Midwestern State to a season low scoring output in a 53-47 Lone Star Conference win Thursday night at D.L. Ligon Coliseum. Western New Mexico used a 7-1 run at the beginning of the game to take control of the game, then never relinquish the advantage.
