Personal

daughter of Samir and Almudena... has one brother, Elias... uncle, Jeronimo Bucero, played basketball at Manhattan College where he helped the 1994-95 team to a school-record 26 games won, earn the first-ever MAAC berth to the NCAA Tournament, and upset nationally ranked Oklahoma in the tournament... aunt, Carlota Castrejana, played on the Spanish National Team in the 1992, 2000, 2004, and 2008 Summer Olympics in both basketball and track & field...
