Bailey also has also tallied goals against Fort Lewis (Colo.), Southern Nazarene and Oklahoma Christian. Sophomore midfielder
Alex dela Garza, junior defender
Josh Ferona, senior forward
Julian Brown and sophomore forward
Placide Buduri have notched two goals each while freshman forward
Dylan Kelly leads the way with three assists. Junior goalkeeper Jarred Kahan lets in a 1.17 goals against average with a .650 save percentage. The Cardinals score 3.33 goals per game and allow 1.17.
All-Time Series: Midwestern State leads series, 21-15-5.
Coach Elder on the Cardinals: "Incarnate Word plays a very attacking style of soccer. They are playing a 4-2-3-1 and top guy (forward) is real athletic, fast, strong and is a transfer from Oral Roberts. They are hard to defend because they have some athletic kids and the system they play puts a lot of pressure on the midfield so we have to come up something to negate their midfield. They have given up some opportunities. They have scored a lot of goals during their four-game winning streak. They are coming in expecting to win this game, but we're a good team too and we have the home field advantage behind us. We know we have to show up and play hard, get some breaks on the attack and we just finish our chances. We've been creating chances, but we haven't been finishing those opportunities."

All-Time Series: Midwestern State won the only other meeting 5-0 on Sep. 23, 2003.
Coach Elder on the Hilltoppers: "(Ouachita Baptist) hasn't played any common opponents so we don't really know much about them. We know they are dangerous in certain areas. They have areas where they are strong but we feel we have more depth than they do so that's that's going to be key. We'll see how we do Friday and that's usually a major contributor to how we do on Sunday. With that said, we go one game at a time so we'll really start looking at Ouachita Baptist on Saturday morning."
A LOOK BACK
Defensive-minded Midwestern State battled to consecutive scoreless draws last weekend on the road against Texas A&M International and St. Edward's (Texas). The Mustangs rank second in NCAA Division II allowing a team goals against average of 0.19 with a sterling 0.80 shutout percentage. Junior goalkeeper
Ray Clark is one of only three goalkeepers in NCAA Division II to own perfect marks of a 0.00 goals against average and a 1.000 save percentage. The Mustangs have struggled to put the ball in the net while averaging 1.20 goals per game. Junior midfielder
Andrew Power, junior forward
Griff Stratford, junior forward
VcMor Eligwe, junior midfielder
B.A. Catney and senior midfielder
Aaron Douthit have tallied one goal each to account for MSU's goal output. The Mustangs averaged 18.4 shots per game and allow 6.2. MSU's 45-game home unbeaten streak dates back to the 2007 season.
Coach Doug Elder said: "I don't think it's Panicville because we did create chances. In two games, we averaged over 10 shots and they weren't bad on goal. Against International, we had eight shots on goal. You get that many on goal, you would like to think you'd score one, possibly two and on a good day three. We're not in panic mode. As long as we are creating shots. We have to get our midfield forward and has to become dangerous. I tell our guys our midfield wins and loses our games. If our midfield scores and supports our two strikers, we're a lot better than when we don't. Then if they get back and defend, they help our defense. We have only allowed one goal so even if we don't score goals, our defense is keeping us in games. Hopefully, we'll break through and put some in the net."
