WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- The Midwestern State women and men will open up the 2023-24 college basketball season at D.L. Ligon Coliseum on Friday. Due to Midwestern State hosting the Lone Star Conference Men's Soccer Tournament on Friday, the start time for both basketball games has been moved up.

The Ashbrook Comfort Inn Suites Conference Challenge will tip off at 11:30 a.m. on Friday as UC Colorado Springs visits Midwestern State for a women's college basketball game. The men's game featuring Midwestern State vs. Colorado State – Pueblo will follow at 1:30 p.m.

The action continues on Saturday at D.L. Ligon Coliseum with the women hosting Adams State at 6 p.m. and the men facing UC Colorado Springs at 8 p.m.

All four games can be viewed on the Lone Star Conference Digital Network.
