No. 22-ranked Mustangs open campaign against No. 9 Colorado Mesa

LAREDO, Texas -- Midwestern State opens the 2022 campaign against No. 9 Colorado Mesa at the Texas A&M International Classic Thursday afternoon at Dustdevil Soccer Field.

Series History | Midwestern State leads 5-1-1. Five of the seven meetings have come in NCAA Division II postseason play.

Last Meeting | Colorado Mesa advanced past the Mustangs 5-4 in penalty kicks in the second round of the NCAA Division II Championships on Nov. 11, 2018 at Stang Park. The teams played to a scoreless draw.

Notables | Midwestern State is 22-3-1 in season openers since joining NCAA Division II at the beginning of the 1997 season...
