WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Midwestern State placed 95 student-athletes on the Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2021 semester including 24 Mustangs boasting a perfect 4.00 grade-point average.
Football boasted the best representation with 17 student-athletes on the honor roll including four with 4.00 GPAs, while women's soccer and softball had 10 student-athletes on the list.
Women's Golf led the way placing the highest percentage of its roster on the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll at 71.4 percent, while Men's Golf placed 58.3 percent of its roster on the honor roll. Volleyball had 56.3 percent of its roster earn academic honors, while Women's Tennis had 55.6 percent.
The LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll is announced at the conclusion of the fall and spring semesters with student-athletes qualifying based on grade-point average for the current semester. To be eligible for the honor roll, student-athletes must have a minimum of a 3.30 GPA for current semester and be on the roster.
