FIRST SERVE: No. 15 Midwestern State travels to Dallas Baptist on Tuesday before hosting Cameron and UT Permian Basin on Wednesday and Friday in Lone Star Conference action. First serve against DBU is set for 3 p.m. at the Patriot Tennis Grandstand and Pavilion while the matchup with the Aggies is tabbed for 11 a.m. at the MSU Tennis Center. The Mustangs season-finale with the Falcons is slated for 2 p.m.

ROAD WARRIORS: Playing 10 of its last 12 matches on the road, MSU is 8-2 away from the MSU Tennis Center in March. On the season, the Mustangs are a combined 12-3 in road or neutral site matches with wins over No. 22 St. Mary's, No. 14 Rollins, No. 19 Hawaii Pacific, No. 45 CSU-Pueblo, No. 31 Metro State and No. 31 Southeastern Oklahoma.

VICTORIOUS VAS: Senior
Vasudev Vijayaraman garnered Lone Star Conference Player of the Week honors after picking up three wins over nationally ranked opponents last week. The Chennai, India, native leads the team with five wins on the season against ranked opposition and has four three-set wins.

GUARDIAN ANGEL: Sophomore
Angel Palacios posted the second-longest winning streak in program history, winning 15 straight from Feb. 16-March 30. Over that stretch, the sophomore was only pushed to three sets twice before suffering his first D2 loss of the season to Southeastern's Sandro Lena on Saturday. Between singles and doubles, Palacios owns a combined 33-5 record on the season while his career .698 winning percentage in singles ranks ninth all-time.

FRESHMAN TRIO: Freshman
Alex Martinez Roca (14-4),
Nolan McCaig (12-5) and
Jean Muniz (10-5) combine for 36 wins at the No. 4-6 flights. Primarily playing No. 4, McCaig owns a 7-4 record at No. 4 while Muniz sits at 8-1 at No. 5. Roca has built a perfect 9-0 mark at No. 6.
