Midwestern State renews its Red River Rivalry with Cameron Friday night for the right to advance to the Lone Star Conference postseason tournament finals.
The Mustangs are in search of their sixth league postseason title as the winner of Friday night's semifinal will play the victor of the other semifinal between Tarleton State and West Texas A&M Saturday night at 7 p.m.
Tipoff for the Mustangs and Aggies is set for 8:30 p.m. at the Allen Event Center.

ABOUT THE MUSTANGS
Midwestern State overcame a sluggish start to claim a 64-52 win over Texas A&M-Commerce in the Lone Star Conference postseason tournament quarterfinals Wednesday night at the Allen Event Center.
The Mustangs have now won 11 of their last 12 LSC postseason tournament games dating back to the 2006-07 season.
Senior guard
Michael Loyd continues to lead the way for MSU scoring 13.2 points a game and has scored 10-or-more points 13 of his last 24 outings.
Junior guard JaMIchael Rivers joins Loyd in double figures for the Mustangs scoring 10.9 points a game and has splashed in 15 points in each of his last two games.
Senior forward
David Terrell threw down two dunks to finish with eight points and nine rebounds Wednesday night against Texas A&M-Commerce He now has 41 dunks this season. He is averaging 9.7 points and 6.4 rebounds a contest.
MSU will be without junior forward
Anthony Harris who has been suspended indefinitely after breaking team rules. He was averaging 11.5 points and 4.6 rebounds in 22 games this season.
ABOUT THE AGGIES
Cameron dug its way out of an 18-point second half hole to claim a 77-68 win over Incarnate Word in the opening round of the Lone Star Conference postseason tournament Wednesday night in Allen.
The Aggies have slugged their way out of a three-game skid to win its regular season finale over West Texas A&M before claiming its quarterfinal victory over UIW.
The Aggies are paced by LSC Player of the Year Milton Garner who leads the team in scoring at 19.4 points per game. The senior guard from Kansas City has scored 20-or-more points 11 times this season including a 34-point effort against Texas A&M-Commerce and a 33-point outburst against West Texas A&M.
Junior forward Vinicius Telo has returned from a 12-game absence to play four of CU's last five games. He is averaging 14.2 points and 4.4 rebounds a game for the season, but just five points and three rebounds since his return.
Sophomore guard Desmond Henry adds 10.2 points and 4.7 boards a game and is coming off of a season best 26-point effort against Incarnate Word.
Senior guard Thomas Razor scores 9.4 points to go along with 2.8 rebounds a game.
Wade Alexander has posted a 56-52 mark (.519) in now his fourth season at the helm of the Aggies.

Midwestern State and Cameron renew the Red River Rivalry for the 62nd time Friday night at the Allen Event Center.
The Mustangs own a commanding 39-22 edge in the eighth longest running series in program history, which dates back to the 1968-69 season.
MSU has won the last eight games between the teams dating back to a 79-77 loss to the Aggies on Dec. 9, 2006 in Lawton.
The Mustangs claimed a 94-65 win over Cameron in the only meeting between the programs in Lone Star Conference postseason in the opening round on March 5, 2009 in Bartlesville, Okla.
