WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Seven different Cameron players recorded multiple-hit games as the Aggies earned a Lone Star Conference North Division split with Midwestern State after taking Game 2 12-4 Wednesday afternoon at Mustangs Park.
The Aggies plated a run in the first before stringing three-straight doubles together in the second inning to take a 4-0 lead.
But MSU struck back with four runs on four hits in the bottom of the third to knot the game as
Kristen Stonecipher and

Cameron kept the pressure on by scoring a pair of runs in the fifth before making the Mustangs pay by scoring three runs in the sixth after a dropped third strike to push the lead to 9-4.
The Aggies added three more in the seventh keyed by a two-run double by Megan Young and an RBI-double by Melissa Bour.

Lindsey Voigt paced a nine-hit MSU attack by going 3-for-4 with a run scored, while Stonecipher was 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
