At Midwestern State

Senior (2008)

• appeared in each of MSU's 64 games while making 63 starts including 30 in right field, 21 at pitcher, 10 in left field and two in center field.
• hit .261 with 10 doubles and three home runs while driving in 25 runs.
• posted a 6-11 record in the circle with a 2.84 ERA.
• notched a team-best 13-game hitting streak from April 11-May 1, 2008 which included five-straight two-hit games.
• drove in four runs against Southwestern Oklahoma on March 4, 2008.
• weaved a two-hitter at Angelo State on April 26, 2008.
• had a season-high seven strikeouts against West Texas A&M on March 29, 2008.

Junior (2007)

• posted a 19-4 record with a 2.73 ERA in 169.1 innings… won her first six decisions of the season.
• pitched five shutouts including a two-hitter in a 1-0 win over Northeastern State on April 10, 2007.
• appeared in five games in the outfield, while hitting .214 with a pair of doubles and six RBIs.
• recorded second three-hit game of career against East Central on March 9, 2007.
• earned LSC North Pitcher of the Week honors for the week of Feb. 20 after winning all three of her starts including a career-best nine-strikeout performance against St. Edward’s on Feb. 24, 2007.

Sophomore (2006)

• posted a 15-5 record with a 2.30 ERA in 140 innings with four shutouts.
• appeared in 11 games in the outfield while hitting .250 with three doubles and eight RBIs.
• smashed first career home run against St. Edward’s on March 5, 2006.
• went 6-for-7 (.857) during a career-best three game hitting streak on March 4-5, 2006.
• earned LSC North Pitcher of the Week honors for the week of March, 8, 2006 after going 4-0 including a five inning one-hitter with six strikeouts against East Central.

Freshman (2005)

• appeared in 11 games as a pitcher and four in the outfield as a true freshman.
• posted a 2-4 record with a 2.69 ERA.
• was 3-for-10 (.300) at the plate with a double, a triple and five RBIs.
• collected first collegiate hit on an RBI single at East Central on March 15, 2005.
• claimed first win in her first decision in a 3-1 victory over Abilene Christian on March 2, 2005.

At Magnolia High School

• a first-team all-district selection as a first baseman/outfielder while serving as a three-year starter for coah Rene Bialas at Magnolia (Texas) High School where she helped the Lady Bulldogs to three-straight district titles.
• a two-year starter at post in basketball.

Personal

Ashley, an exercise physiology major and biology minor, is the daughter of Peter and Susan Kuchenski of Magnolia, Texas… she was born July 30, 1986…
