DURANT, Okla. – The Midwestern State University volleyball team dropped it's first Lone Star Conference North road game of the season, as Southeastern Oklahoma State beat MSU 32-30, 30-27, 18-30, 30-28 at Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium.
MSU (14-6 overall, 1-2 LSC North) actually hit better than Southeastern (11-9, 3-0 LSC North), .234 to .162, but lost three close games in the match.
Candice Main led MSU and the game with 25 kills and a .449 attack percentage with nine total blocks.
Shay Velasquez tallied 12 kills and a .250 hitting percentage with 21 digs.

Ashley Godwin had a team high 26 digs, with
Allison Schreiber dishing up 58 assists.
SOSU was paced by Olivia Franceskini with 22 kills, while Jennifer Landry totaled 16 kills.
MSU visits Texas A&M-Commerce on Saturday for a 2 p.m. LSC North match.
