Senior (2007)

• appeared in each of MSU's 33 matches while making 27 starts at outside hitter.
• led team with 3.46 kills per set while posting a .245 attack percentage.
• added 0.96 digs and 0.31 blocks per set.
• recorded at last 10 kills in 20 matches and had 20-or-more three times.
• tallied a season-high 24 kills in a five-set win over Ouachita Baptist (Ark.) on Sep. 8, 2007.
• put down 23 kills and added seven digs against Southern Indiana on Aug. 25, 2007.

Junior (2006)

• started 27 of the 29 matches in which she played.
• fourth in the Lone Star Conference with 0.96 blocks per game while leading the Mustangs with 3.30 kills per game and a .282 kill rate.
• recorded 20 or more kills on four occasions and 10 or more kills in 20 of her 27 matches.
• had a career-high 24 kills while recording a .476 attack percentage (24 kills and four errors in 42 total attacks) at Texas A&M-Commerce on Oct. 19, 2006.
• recorded season-high seven blocks on four occasions.
• named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Sophomore (2005)

• appeared in 35 matches and started 17 after transferring from Wayland Baptist.
• recorded 2.65 kills and 0.82 blocks per game.
• had a season-high 20 kills with a .533 attack percentage at Texas-Permian Basin on Nov. 6, 2005.
• helped Midwestern to its first LSC Tournament appearance.

Freshman (2004)

• named Sooner Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year.

At Denver City High School

• a three-sport standout at Denver City (Texas) High School.
• earned all-state honors and was the district MVP as a three-year starter for volleyball coach Jennifer Lawrence.
• an all-district performer as three-year starter in basketball.
• a three-year starter at shortstop in softball and competed in hurdles as a freshman.

Krissa, a sports and fitness management major with a minor in mass communications, is the daughter of Butch and May Johnson of Denver City, Texas... she was born Feb. 10, 1986...
