WICHITA FALLS, Texas --Â Midwestern State earned its ninth appearance in the NCAA Division II West Regional Sunday afternoon when the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championship Committee released the 2026 postseason field.
The tournament is set for the Pueblo Country Club in Pueblo, Colo., from May 4-6.
Midwestern State earned the at-large bid as the No. 7 seed in the region after claiming a fifth-place finish in stroke play during the Lone Star Conference Championship at the Rockwall Golf and Athletic Club.
The Mustangs compete against DBU, UT Tyler, California State-San Marcos, St. Mary's (Texas), CSU-Pueblo, West Texas A&M, California State-Los Angeles, Simon Fraser, Point Loma, California State-Monterey Bay, California State-East Bay, Angelo State, Lubbock Christian, Texas A&M International, Westmont, Colorado Christian, and Hawaii-Hilo.
Qualifying to compete as individuals are: Ashley Lam, Westminster (Utah), Lauren F. Lee, Western Washington, Orraya Jan Tipasathien, Montana State Billings, Maria Jose Savoca, Cameron, Theresa Shaw, Vanguard, and Neige Dunn, Metropolitan State University of Denver.
The top five teams from the West Super Regional and top two individuals not on an advancing team, move on to the NCAA Division II Championships at the Champion Golf Course at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. to be held from May 12-16.
