BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – No. 22-ranked Midwestern State completes the fall campaign at the Tulsa Cup, which will tee off Monday morning at Forest Ridge Golf Club. The 54-hole tournament features a 16-team field.

The Mustangs are coming off a sixth-place finish at the Midwestern State Invitational last week. Mary Kerr finished tied for ninth at 3-over 219 with Sophia Perkins of St. Mary's. MSU 48-over 912, shooting 15-over 303 in the final round. The Mustangs best round was the second round on Monday, when they shot 9-over 297 after opening the tournament with a 24-over 312.

The Club at Forest Ridge features rolling terrain, strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, thick rough, tree-lined Bermuda-grass fairways and bent grass greens. The course was designed by Oklahoma native Randy Heckenkemper, who also designed The Territory Golf Club in Duncan, Oklahoma, where the MSU men's team competed earlier this month and finished second at the Hrnciar Invitational.

Midwestern State is one of 16 team in the field for this week's tournament, hosted by Rogers State. Cameron is the only other team from the Lone Star Conference in the field. Southwestern Oklahoma State, Southern Nazarene, Northeastern State, William Jewell, Harding, Southern Arkansas, Northwestern Oklahoma State, Minnesota State-Mankato, Rockhurst, Henderson State and East Central are competing in the event.

Weather conditions should be ideal for both days of the tournament. The forecast is calling for partly cloudy skies with a 5-10 mph southerly wind and high temperatures in the upper 70s.
