WICHITA FALLS, Texas --Â Midwestern State Women's Golf sits in 24
th in the most recent 2025-26 Mizuno/WGCA Coaches Poll announced by the Women's Golf Coaches Association on Friday afternoon.
The Mustangs return to the poll after receiving votes during the final poll of 2025. MSU is one of four teams in the poll from the Lone Star Conference: No. 2 DBU, No. 6 UTÂ Tyler, and No. 16. St. Mary's. Recently, the Mustangs placed third (36-over par) in a packed field at the Rattler Invitational. The Mustangs finished behind No. 2 DBU and No. 16 St. Mary's, while placing higher than No. 6 UT Tyler, and eight other LSC programs.
MSU finished with three competitors in the top-10.
Alli Reily closed out the tournament with a third round even par, finishing in a tie for 5
th place (7-over par).
Romane Lacoste finished one stroke behind Reily, taking a tie for 7
th place (8-over par), while
Mary Kerr finished in a tie for ninth, shooting 9-over par during the 54-hole tournament.
Midwestern State are back in action again on March 23, when it competes at the Hardscrabble Invitational in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
