WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Midwestern State notched a 3-1 victory over Central Oklahoma Sunday at Stang Park.
The win improved Midwestern State's record to 2-0 overall.

Midwestern State grabbed a 1-0 lead when Madison Brinkley notched her second goal of the season in the 18th minute, assisted by Cassidy Savoy and Sloane Sullivan.
The Mustangs added another score on a goal from Savoy -- her third goal of the season -- in the 48th minute.
Central Oklahoma narrowed the gap to 2-1 on Calynn Harbert's 63rd-minute goal, assisted by Jordan Hahn.
The Mustangs made it a 3-1 lead with an 82nd-minute goal from Nyxalee Munoz, her first goal of the season. The score finished off the 3-1 game.
