Midwestern State earns 6-1 victory against Western Colorado

WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Midwestern State got a pair of goals from Cassidy Savoy and Sarah Hayes in a 6-1 victory against Western Colo. Thursday afternoon at Stang Park.

The Mustangs improved to 1-0-0 on the season following the win.

How it Happened

The Mustangs scored three goals in each half and outshot the Mountaineers, 32-9. Savoy struck for her first goal in the eighth minute and the Mustangs led the rest of the game.
