WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Midwestern State rallied from a 1-0 deficit to knock off UT Tyler 2-1 Saturday afternoon at Stang Park.
The win improved Midwestern State's record to 6-1-0 overall and 2-0-0 in Lone Star Conference action.
The Mustangs hit the road to take on Texas Woman's Wednesday night at Pioneer Soccer Park. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.

UT Tyler broke the 0-0 tie when Marin Love converted a penalty kick in the 52nd minute.
The Mustangs responded to tie the game on a goal from Lexi Beck -- her first goal of the season -- in the 68th minute, assisted by Allessandra Romano.
Midwestern State went ahead 2-1 on Cassidy Savoy's 83rd-minute goal, her fourth of the season. Beck assisted the goal. The 2-1 score held to the finish.
