DENTON, Texas -- Midwestern State trailed Texas Woman's 2-0 at halftime, but rallied to tie the game, 2-2, at Pioneer Soccer Park on Wednesday night.
Midwestern State moved to 6-1-1 overall and 2-0-1 in Lone Star play with the tie.

Texas Woman's broke the scoreless tie when Bella Alfaro scored in the 26th minute, assisted by Giselle Gutierrez.
The Pioneers added another score on a goal from Gutierrez in the 28th minute, assisted by Alyssa Valdez.
Midwestern State closed the gap to 2-1 on Nyxalee Munoz's 58th-minute goal, her fourth of the season. Allessandra Romano assisted on the goal.
The Mustangs knotted it up at 2-2 with a 65th-minute goal from Cassidy Savoy, her fifth goal of the season. Bella Pillow assisted on the goal.
