A candid conversation with head basketball coach
Justin Leslie, who shares his thoughts about the men's basketball team and previews upcoming action for the Mustangs.
Midwestern State is coming off an impressive 92-86 victory over West Texas A&M, led by
Pierre Sanders' 36-point performance.  Midwestern State finished its longest homestand of the season 2-2. MSU now embarks on a two-game road trip to New Mexico. First up is Eastern New Mexico, which is 7-7 in LSC and just ahead of 7-8 MSU in the race for an LSC Tournament berth. MSU won a physical battle in the first meeting with the Greyhounds at D.L. Ligon Coliseum, 56-53. The Mustangs then travel to Silver City seeking a sweep of the season series with Western New Mexico, which suffered a 70-60 loss in Wichita Falls earlier this season.
