Erin Richburg and
Sarah Eakin led the Mustangs with nine kills and six blocks, respectively in a 3-0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-20) loss to Texas A&M-Commerce on Saturday at the TAMUC Fieldhouse.
The Mustangs notched their second-best blocking performance of the season, recording seven rejections in the setback.
Richburg had her fourth best offensive output, hitting .200 while Eakin went for five kills and six blocks. Sophomore
Sarah Glawe dished out 25 assists and sophomore
Jaycie Fuller led the Maroon and Gold with nine digs. Sophomore
Raven Presley added four blocks in the middle for the Mustangs.
Jayrn Wacker led the Lions with 12 kills and a .429 hitting percentage as TAMUC hit .296 as a team in the win.
