Raven Powell provided her fourth game winner of the season while second half goals by

Sarah Stewart and
Savannah Alford lifted No. 11 Midwestern State to a 4-0 rout of UT Permian Basin Friday evening at UTPB Turf Field.
Midwestern State (11-3-1, 6-2-1) struck early with Powell scoring her fourth goal of the season off an assist from
Madison Davis less than 10 minutes into the contest for a 1-0 score.
The Mustangs erupted for a trio of goals less than 10 minutes apart early in the second half with Robinson pushing the MSU advantage to 2-0 off a
Julia Orozco assist at the 50:15 mark. Stewart stretched the lead to 3-0 in the 57th minute before Alford capped off the scoring in the 61st minute for the 4-0 final.
MSU held UT Permian Basin (1-13-1, 1-9-0) to just two shots on goal for the night to match an opponent low as senior keeper
Courtney Burnette and the Mustangs earned their ninth shutout of the season.

- Midwestern State remained in second place in the Lone Star Conference standings, three points behind Angelo State, with three games remaining in league play
