ARLINGTON, Texas – No. 11 Midwestern State posted its fourth consecutive victory Saturday afternoon with a dominant 8-1 win over No. 27 St. Mary's at the Arlington Tennis Center.

With the win, Midwestern State improved to 10-4 on the season while earning its fourth win over a top-50 program.

The Mustangs grabbed a 2-1 advantage after doubles play with the 19th-ranked duo of senior Kyle Davidson and junior Ramon Toyos coming away with an 8-2 victory at the No. 1 position to get MSU on the board. At No. 3 doubles, junior Chris Norrie and freshman Radu Popa added an 8-3 win before St. Mary's (9-9) recorded an 8-5 victory on court two for a 2-1 contest.
