WICHITA FALLS, Texas – It was a clean sweep for the No. 18-ranked Midwestern State Mustangs as they won their third straight with a 9-0 victory over Southeastern Oklahoma State.
MSU (13-3) dropped only one set in handing SOSU (6-9) its third straight loss.
The Mustangs grabbed all three doubles points, thanks to a tie-break win at No. 2.

Amy Clifton chalked up a narrow 9-8 (7-5) decision against Darija Catipovic/Conchi Assiego.
MSU also grabbed 8-2 wins at No. 1 and No. 3. The 20th ranked duo of

Taylor Coffman won at No. 1 over Ilga Racika-Racko/Brittany Tobin, and at No. 3
Courtney Anderson/
Paige Boykin downed Cassaundra Braaten/Marina Dias.
In singles, 33rd ranked Casey came from behind to beat Catipovic 4-6, 6-4, 10-7 at No. 2, and Coffman beat Assiego 7-6 (7-1), 6-3 at No. 3.
The Mustangs won handily at the other four positions in singles.
Clifton shutout Racika-Racko 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1, with Anderson handing Elba Haugen at 6-1, 6-1 defeat at No. 4.
Pineda beat Braaten 6-2, 6-1 at No. 5, and Boykin took out Tobin 6-2, 6-0 at No. 6.
Midwestern hits the courts again on Thursday against Tyler Junior College at the MSU Tennis Center. First serve is at 2 p.m.
