WICHITA FALLS, Texas - The Midwestern State men's and women's tennis teams continued its early season roll Saturday morning picking up convincing wins over NCAA Division III McMurry at the MSU Tennis Center.

The men improved to 6-0 on the season in dominating fashion by claiming a doubles' sweep for the fifth time in six matches this season and claiming straight-set singles wins at five of six positions for the 8-1 victory.

The Mustangs, who now carry an overall dual records of 30-6 in singles and 17-1 in doubles, battled Texas-Tyler Wednesday afternoon at the MSU Tennis Center. First serve is set for 2:30 p.m.

The women barely broke a sweat while dismantling McMurry to improve to 5-2 on the season rolling to a 9-0 sweep.

Abbie Lewis and Leah Roberts faced the stiffest challenge at No. 2 doubles outlasting Holliday's Hillary Stone and Chelsea Miller by an 8-3 mark.
