ABILENE, Texas – Midwestern State kicks off the Lone Star Conference Tournament Friday with a 2 p.m. semifinal showdown with rival Abilene Christian at ACU's Eager Tennis Center.
The No. 29 Mustangs (12-6) fell to the No. 13 Wildcats 9-0 on Feb. 9 in Abilene.
With a win, No. 3 seed MSU advances to the title match against the other semifinal match Friday afternoon featuring Cameron and the winner of the first-round match between East Central and Southeastern Oklahoma State.
The championship is set for 9 a.m. at the Eager Tennis Center on the campus of Abilene Christian.
