WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Midwestern State plays host to Northwest Missouri State in a tennis doubleheader this afternoon at the MSU Tennis Courts. First serve for the men's and women's matches is set for 2 p.m.
The Midwestern men (11-3) have won its last three matches and 11 of its last 12 with its lone setback coming to No. 23 Southwest Baptist on Feb. 29 in Lawton. The men are currently ranked No. 36.
The Northwest Missouri State men (8-3) bring a No. 33 nationally ranking into today's match and are coming off of a 6-3 win over East Central (Okla.) Monday in Ada.
The MSU women (7-3) look to rebound from a two-match skid as the fell to Central Oklahoma and East Central earlier this month. They are currently ranked No. 32.
The Northwest Missouri State women (9-2) have nine-straight wins after opening the spring with loses to No. 18 Drury (Mo.) and Central Oklahoma.
It is the first of two home this week for the women, who will face Southeastern Oklahoma State Thursday at the MSU Tennis Courts.
