Mustangs fall to West Florida, 3-1

PENSACOLA, Fla. - Midwestern State fought to knot the match after two games Saturday night at the Comfort Inn-vitational

But host West Florida rallied for 30-21 and 30-16 wins over the final two games to send the Mustangs to 2-2 on the season.

Senior Krissa Johnson paced MSU with 18 kills, while sophomore Alysha Pritt had 12 and junior Jessica Ransom added 11.

Senior Shay Velasquez led the Mustangs with 18 digs, while junior Allison Schreiber had 46 assists.
