WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Midwestern State's
Allison Schreiber finished a dump away from a triple double Tuesday night as the Mustangs rolled to a 30-19, 30-26, 30-18 win over Dallas Baptist at D.L. Ligon Coliseum.
The Mustangs, who have now won seven straight and 19 of their last 20, hope to continue the roll on the road this weekend in crucial conference matches at Texas A&M-Kingsville and Tarleton State.
"We have to make sure we come out with intensity and focus," MSU coach
Venera Flores-Stafford said. "We have to take care of business on the road."
Midwestern State (21-3) has definitely taken care of opponents at D.L. Ligon Coliseum where they have now won its last 10 matches dating back to a five-game loss to Central Oklahoma last October.
The Mustangs are now 27-4 at home since the start of the 2005 season.
Schreiber was even more perfect Tuesday night. The 5-10 junior from Windthorst struck for nine kills with a lone error for an .800 attack percentage. She also had 38 assists and added 11 digs.

Alysha Pritt paced MSU with 10 kills and added four service aces and three blocks, while sophomore middle blocker
Sesley Graves had nine kills and five blocks. Senior outside hitter
Krissa Johnson also had nine kills.
Shay Velasquez paced the defense with 14 digs.
Dallas Baptist (8-16) was led by Lauren Secord's seven-kill effort.
Midwestern State travels to Texas A&M-Kingsville for 7 p.m. showdown with the Javelinas before heading to Stephenville to face Tarleton State Saturday at 2 p.m.
