Regina Bolin begins her first year as Assistant Sports Information Director at Midwestern State in the Spring of 2021.
She brings three years of experience serving most recently as athletics communications coordinators at Goucher College in Baltimore. Bolin served numerous roles for the Gophers serving as social media manager and statistician while constructing pregame and postgame releases and producing broadcast for home events.
Bolin worked her way into the field by serving internships with the Kansas City Comets of the Major Arena Soccer League in 2019 and at her alma mater -- the University of Illinois-Springfield -- in 2018.
She competed in 73 games as a four-year starter for the Prairie Stars serving the last two years as captain.
Bolin was honored with the Student Laureate Award from the Lincoln Academy of Illinois following her senior season and is an active member of the Women Leaders in College Sports.
She was selected to participate in the NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar in 2021.
Bolin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from UIS in 2019.
Bolin serves as the primary contact for men's and women's soccer, men's and women's tennis, women's basketball, softball and volleyball.
