Cameron Brennan

Cameron Brennan joined the Midwestern State Athletic Department as an Assistant Athletic Diretor, Athletic Communications in August 2025. Brennan leads the Sports Information Department promotion of the Mustangs athletics programs, joining MSU from Eastern New Mexico.

Brennan spent just over four years with ENMU, beginning as an Assistant Sports Information Director, then being promoted to Sports Information and Media Coordinator. Brennan worked alongside the Greyhounds 16 athletic programs, being named Lone Star Conference Sports Information Staff of the Year in 2024-25 (voted on by peers in LSC). Brennan was the primary contact for Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Men's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Softball, and Baseball while with the Greyhounds, while managing all of the statistics for the Greyhounds athletic programs.

Brennan began his professional career after serving as Sports Information Graduate Assistant at Suffolk University in Boston, Mass. Brennan served in his Graduate Assistant role from August 2019 until December of 2020. While in Boston, Brennan assisted in the production, promotion, and publication of the Rams’ 19 intercollegiate sports. He also served as an intern at Johnson & Wales University during his time at Suffolk.

Before Brennan settled at Suffolk, he served briefly as a Sports Information Assistant at Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass. While at Lesley, Brennan provided live statistics at competitions and created publications covering the Lynx teams.

The Rhode Island native first joined the Sports Information field with internships at American University in Washington, D.C. and Endicott College in Beverly, Mass.

Brennan completed a Master’s degree in higher education while at Suffolk in January of 2021. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in sports communication from Lasell University.
