Freshman (2016)
ranked fourth on the squad with nine points, registering three goals and three assists in 17 appearances and three starts at striker… recorded the game-winning goal in the 46th minute in a 3-0 win over Eastern New Mexico (11/3) in the Lone Star Conference Tournament Quarterfinals… scored the equalizer and converted her shootout attempt against No. 10 St. Edward’s (Texas) (11/11) in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament, helping the Mustangs advance to the regional semifinals on penalty kicks… converted her penalty kick in the shootout against Texas A&M-Commerce (11/6) to help the Mustangs claim their fifth LSC Tournament title… netted her first career goal in her collegiate debut against Regis (Colo.) At Hope Christian High School
lettered four years at striker for coach Ronald Espinoza at Hope Christian High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico... tabbed the New Mexico A/4A Player of the Year in 2015, leading the Huskies to their third-straight state championship... recorded 41 goals and 38 assists during her high school career including a 23-goal, 12-assist performance as a senior in 2015... earned all-state first team (2015), second team (2014) and honorable mention (2012) accolades with the Huskies... first team all-district pick in 2015 while earning second team honors in 2012 and 2014... helped Hope Christian to four district titles from 2012-15... team captain in 2015... also starred on the Hope Christian track & field team, earning second-place honors at the state meet in the 400-meter dash while coming in third in the high jump and long jump and fourth in the 200 meters... member of the New Mexico Class 4A state track and field championship team in 2016... daughter of Jay and Paige Lewis... father was a two-time All-American defensive end at New Mexico Highlands from 1978-81 while playing professionally with the Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos and the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL and the San Antonio Gunslingers of the USFL...
