Senior (2010)

• key to Midwestern State's banner season as the Mustangs earned a second NCAA Division II Championship berth and a third consecutive Lone Star Conference championship as the team claimed wins in five meets.
• earned USTFCCCA All-South Central Region honors placing eighth with a 6K time of 22:44.57 at Warrensburg, Mo. on Nov. 20, 2010.
• gained All-Lone Star Conference honors finishing sixth with a time of 16:40.82 on a course inadvertently cut to 4.5 kilometers in Abilene, Texas on Nov. 6, 2010.
• claimed an 80th-place showing at the NCAA Divison II Championships with a 6K time of 23:08.40 at Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville, Ky. on Dec. 4, 2010.
• set school 5K record with a time of 18:08.35 to close 17th at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sep. 18, 2010.
• clocked the third best 4K time in program history while finishing sixth at the MSU Cross Country Stampede on Sep. 2, 2010.
• finished second with a time of 23:05.40 at the 6K MSu Cross Country Carnival on Oct. 16, 2010.
• named Lone Star Conference Runner of the Week after posting a school-record 5K time of 18:08.35 to place 17th individual at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sep. 18, 2010.
• was one of MSU's top two finishers in each of her 15 career events.

Junior (2009)

• garnered United State Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches' Assocation All-South Central Region honors after placing 15th at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional meet on Nov. 7, 2009 in Abilene.
• named Lone Star Conference Runner of the Year and claimed MSU first individual league championship with a 6K time of 23:02.50 on Oct. 24, 2009 in Canyon, Texas.
• a four-time LSC Runner of the Week.
• ran two of the top four 5K times in program history with a 18:34.69 at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sep. 19, 2009 and a 19:00.00 on Oct. 3, 2009 at the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree.
• recorded four top five finishes including wins at the MSU Mustangs Cross Country Stampede (4K), Aggie Showdown (5K) and LSC Championships (6K).
• set school 4K record with a 14:56.64 for a third-place showing at the ACU Naimadu Collegiate Classic in Abilene on Oct. 10, 2009.

Freshman-Sophomore (2007-09)

• an NJCAA All American in cross country and during both the indoor and outdoor track seasons.
• member of the 2008 national champion 4x800-meter relay squad.
• posted personal bests of 18:06 in the 5K, 10:21 in the 3K and 11:50 in the 3K steeplechase.

At Phillipsburg High School

• earned all-state honors as a four-year letterwinner for coach Jim Jacobs at Phillipsburg (Kan.) High School.
• holds PHS school record in the 3,200-meter run at 11:49.
• also earned four letter in track and field and cheerleading.
