Jesse Radil begins his first year as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant coach at Midwestern State.
Radil earned three letters as an offensive lineman at Wayne State (Neb.) from 2017-19.
He served as a strength and conditioning intern at the University of Nebraska in 2021, then at Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska for the spring of 2022. Radil was also the Head Strength Coach at his alma mater -- West Harrison High School in Mondamin, Iowa.
Radil works with women's basketball and softball as well as assisting with football and all other Mustangs athletic programs.
