Freshman (2023)
appeared in 28 games, making 22 starts including 21 at catcher and one at designated player... hit .226 (12-for-53) with two doubles, a stolen base, and an RBI... posted multiple hits in three games... drew a walk in first collegiate plate appearance, then doubled in the fourth inning of the season opener against Southeastern Oklahoma (2/3)... went 2-for-3 with a double and a stolen base against Southern Arkansas (2/4)... drove in first collegiate run on single through the left side of the infield in the third inning against Oklahoma Baptist (2/11)... went 2-for-3 at Texas A&M International (2/17) and at Western New Mexico (4/21)... registered a .960 season fielding percentage with 85 putouts, 12 assists, and four errors in 101 total chances... threw out seven would-be base stealers...
At Guyer High School
a four-year letter winner for coach Keith Medford at Guyer High School in Denton... garnered All-District 5-6 honorable mention followed junior (2021) and senior (2022) seasons... helped Wildcats to three playoff appearances advancing to the Region I-6A quarterfinals in 2019 and 2021... a three-time Academic All-District 5-6A honoree... a Superintendent Scholar... competed on the club level for coach Kevin Blaskowski at American Freedom National...
