- garnered Times Record News Diamond Dozen and District 5-3A MVP honors after posting a 0.51 ERA with 236 strikouts, 16 shutouts and 10 no-hitters as a junior in 2010.
- earned Times Record News Red River Diamond Dozen MVP and all-district accolades after posting a .079 ERA with 306 strikeouts, 17 shutouts and eight no-hitters during junior season of 2010.
- competes for coach Henry Trevino on club Team Mizuno Gold.
