a three-time all-state selection playing for coach Theodore Fabiano at Blue Valley Northwest High School in Overland Park, Kan. … claimed the 2017 Kansas Class 6A Boys Singles title to help the Huskies to a state runner-up finish … finished his senior campaign with a 24-2 record … placed fourth at state in 2016 and fifth in 2015 to lead Blue Valley Northwest to a pair of Class 6A state championships … a second team all-state selection as a freshman, placing third in doubles at the state tournament … three-year team captain … also trained under coach Eric Rand at Kansas City United Tennis, a premier college prep tennis academy in Kansas City, Mo.
