Senior (2019)

took home first team all-conference honors in singles and doubles while becoming the first player in league history to win three-straight LSC Sportsmanship Player of the Year awards…repeated as the South Central region’s Arthur Ashe Leadership & Sportsmanship winner…finished his illustrious career with 115 combined wins, the ninth most in team history…posted a 12-13 mark in singles, going 0-1 at No. 1, 7-9 at No. 2 and 5-3 at No. 3…recorded a 21-5 record in doubles, primarily partnering with Nolan McCaig at No. 2 (18-4)…went 2-1 with Ben Westwick at No. 1 and 1-0 with Alex Martinez Roca at No. 2…ranks sixth all-time with 68 wins in doubles while 21 single-season wins are the eighth most in team history…closed his career with a .673 (68-33) winning percentage, the 14th best in school history…finished the season winning 12 of last 13 in doubles, upsetting Cameron’s 40th-ranked pair of Mritunjay Badola and Przemyslaw Zielinski in the conference tournament (5/4)…clinched the doubles point in a tiebreaker against top-ranked Columbus State’s KP Pannu and Tommaso Schold in the national quarterfinals (5/22)…

first team All-Conference honoree in both singles and doubles…named LSC Sportsmanship Player of the Year…received ITA’s regional Arthur Ashe Award for Leadership and Sportsmanship…posted an 8-9 singles record playing the No. 2 flight with three wins over regionally ranked foes…defeated Hawaii Pacific’s 27th-ranked Benjamin Locciasno 6-4, 6-4 on March 14… finished the year ranked No. 12 in doubles with partner Nolan McCaig…went 17-11 at the No. 1 flight with three wins over nationally ranked opponents…defeated St. Mary’s third-ranked team of Jeremiah Gonzalez and Bojan Popovic, 8-3, on Feb. 17...

Sophomore (2017)

compiled a 12-9 singles record and 13-9 doubles mark, capturing All-Lone Star Conference First Team Doubles honors while being named the LSC Sportsmanship Player of the Year … split time playing at Nos. 4, 5 and 6 singles … entered the dual season ranked 20th in the South Central Region … posted a six-match win streak from Mar. 18 – Apr. 7 … clinched a 7-2 win over No. 11 Georgia College (3/18/17) with a 7-5, 6-1 victory over Kyle Kinsler at No. 6 singles … helped MSU advance to the LSC Championship by recording a 6-1, 7-5 win over No. 26 Western New Mexico’s (4/21/17) Sascha Brechtel on court five … totaled an 11-6 doubles record with Ramon Toyos at No. 1 while teaming up with Angel Palacios for a 2-3 mark playing on courts two and three … reached the ITA South Central Region doubles final with Toyos in the fall to enter the dual season ranked ninth nationally … climbed as high as third in the region in the spring while ending the season ranked 11th in the country … went 3-3 against nationally-ranked doubles tandems and 6-3 against regionally-ranked foes … recorded three-straight wins over nationally-ranked duos with a pair of wins over Western New Mexico’s (4/15/17, 4/21/17) third-ranked team of Vladimir Gnilozubov and Tristan Da Lio and a victory over Cameron’s (4/22/17) No. 13 Felipe Oyarzun and Mateo Velasco in the LSC Championship...

Freshman (2016)

led the team in singles wins with a 15-6 mark during his first season with the Mustangs ... started the season on a five-match win streak and strung together a team-high six-match win streak from Mar. 22 to Apr 8 ... recorded a 6-2, 6-4 win over a regionally-ranked opponent in No. 12 Cameron’s Felipe Oyarzun (4/20/16) ... posted a 17-8 doubles record out of the No. 2 position with Zack Santagate ... ranked as high as No. 6 in the South Central Region in doubles ... teamed with Santagate to earn victories in the NCAA South Central Region Championship, NCAA Round of 16 and the NCAA Quarterfinals ... defeated No. 7 Saint Leo’s (3/20/16) Francisco Aparicio and Fons Varberne, 8-1, for a win over the South Region's No. 9 tandem ... ended the season on a five-match win streak...
