Senior (2021)
named 1st Team All-LSC for singles... scored LSC Player of the Week on March 11, 2021, after going 4-0 in singles and 3-0 in doubles play... tallied a 21-11 combined record for the season... went 12-5 in singles while recording a 9-6 doubles record... began the season ranked at No. 5 for singles and spent a little over a month there... registered eight wins and two drops at the No. 3 singles spot, including a seven match win streak (3/5-3/19)... included in the streak was a 6-4, 6-2 defeat of No. 15 Marko Nikoliuk of No. 25 Southern Arkansas... began play at No. 2 against UT Permian Basin (4/1) and gained a 4-3 record... gained the team's lone point in the Regional Semifinal against No. 37 St. Mary's (5/10)... on the doubles side, the senior played with three different partners including Quentin Scharfenberg, Ben Westwick, and Alexandre Crepy... went 3-2 with Scharfenberg from the second and third spots, including a win against No. 9 Flager... totaled 5-3 record with Westwick, which included a 6-1 victory over No. 25 Manuel Pilotto and Juan Scoppetta of No. 18 Southeastern Oklahoma... concluded the season with Crepy to go 1-1 with the win against No. 37 St. Mary's in the South Central Regional Semifinal... finishes his career tied for third in career singles wins at No. 2 with 16... ends with a third rank for career No. 3 singles wins with 25... tied for first with 145 career combined wins... tied for first with 73 career singles total wins... sits eighth in career singles winning percent with a .716 percentage... sits fourth in career doubles total wins with 71... 15th all-time with a .670 doubles winning percentage... 
Senior (2020)1
named an All-American for the second straight season, becoming the first back-to-back All-American singles player in program history... put together a 17-9 senior season, finishing 7-5 in singles and 10-4 in doubles… became the all-time wins leader at No. 3 doubles with the 42nd win of his career against Colorado Mesa (3/6)… ranks in the top 10 in school history in career wins (seventh with 124), career singles wins (fifth with 61), No. 1 singles wins (fourth with 29), and career doubles wins (ninth with 63)… occupied the top singles spot for Head Coach Scott Linn… opened the season ranked No. 5 in singles… defeated 9th ranked Manuel Pilotto of No. 22 Southeastern Oklahoma State in three sets 3-6, 6-3, 6-1 (2/15)… recorded a winning record at all three doubles spots, going 7-4 at No. 1, 1-0 at No. 2, and 2-0 at No. 3… went 5-3 with his primary doubles partner, Ben Westwick… also partnered with Alberto Diaz, going 2-1 with the junior, and Quentin Scharfenberg, going 3-0 with the redshirt freshman… put together two separate four-match winning streaks (2/7-2/13 & 3/5-3/7)…

garnered All-America status and the national ITA Player to Watch award after finishing the season ranked No. 2 in singles… highest ranked singles player in team history… first team all-conference performer… posted a 19-5 (10th most) record in singles and 18-8 mark in doubles… 37 combined wins ranked as the 12th most in single-season history… career .740 (54-19) singles winning percentage ranks seventh all-time… the 19 wins at No. 1 were the second-most in program history… recorded 12 wins over nationally ranked opponents as the Mustangs front man… recorded four wins over top-10 opponents, defeating Indianapolis’ fifth/eighth ranked Renato Lima twice, West Florida’s eighth-ranked Serder Bojadjiev and Cameron’s eighth-ranked Vinicius Santos to clinch the LSC Tournament title… opened the season on a 10-match winning streak in singles… primarily partnered with Denney Norrie at the No. 3 line, going 15-7… also paired with Quentin Scharfenberg (1-0), Nolan McCaig (1-1) and Alex Martinez Roca (1-0)… enters the 2020 season at No. 13 on the career doubles wins list and tied for the most career wins at No. 3 in team history (41)… ranks third on single-season charts with 15 wins at No. 3 with Norrie… picked up the first doubles win to help the Mustangs clinch the doubles point in the national quarterfinals against top-ranked Columbus State (5/22)…
Sophomore (2018)
honorable mention All-Conference performance in singles after leading the team with a 21-4 record in singles and 22-5 mark in doubles… fourth most singles season combined wins in program history with 43… fifth most wins in singles and doubles in single season history… went 4-1 at No. 2, 16-3 at No. 3 and 1-0 at No. 4… tied the school record with 15-straight wins from Feb. 16 – March 30… defeated Azusa Pacific’s 26th-ranked Jakob Schnaitter 6-2, 6-4 on March 16… ranked as high as No. 26 in singles and finished the season at No. 73… partnered with Alex Martinez Roca in doubles for a 22-5 record playing No. 3…defeated St. Mary’s 25th-ranked tandem of Saisaurav Konakanchi and James Weatherhead, 8-4 (2/17)… ranked as high as No. 21 in doubles...
Freshman (2017)
named Lone Star Conference Freshman of the Year and All-LSC First Team Singles with a 14-10 record playing primarily at No. 2… also captured All-LSC Honorable Mention Doubles accolades… went 8-7 against regionally-ranked opponents in singles play… finished the campaign ranked 11th in the South Central Region… began the season 6-1 in singles to earn LSC Player of the Week honors (3/9)… defeated four regionally-ranked players while earning a win at No. 1 singles through his first seven matches of the season… pulled out singles victories to help the Mustangs to three top-25 wins against No. 20 Ferris State (Mich.) (3/7), No. 21 Nebraska-Kearney (2/24) and No. 23 St. Mary’s (Texas) (2/25)… recorded the clincher in victories over No. 43 Newman (Kan.) (3/25), No. 30 St. Edward’s (Texas) (3/31) and No. 39 Ouachita Baptist (Ark.) (4/8)… recorded a pair of six-match win streaks from Feb. 24 – Mar. 7 and Mar. 25 – Apr. 8… defeated the Central Region’s No. 6 player in Southwest Baptist’s (Mo.) (3/4) Chris Blodig, 6-4, 4-6, 7-5, on court two… took down St. Edward’s Charlie Shin, 6-4, 6-3, at No. 1 to clinch a 7-2 win over the 30th-ranked Hilltoppers and earn his second LSC Player of the Week nod (4/6)… collected regionally-ranked wins over Northwest Missouri State’s (3/3) No. 11 Mauro Tete and St. Mary’s No. 15 Alex Joseph… guided the Mustangs to a 7-2 win over No. 20 Ferris State with a 6-1, 2-6, 6-2 triumph over Vasil Surduk, ranked 11th in the Midwest Region… defeated Cameron’s Bruno Babic, the South Central’s 10th-ranked player, in the LSC Championship match (4/22) and in the NCAA South Central Region #2 Championship (4/29)… recorded a 13-12 doubles mark, going 10-7 with Dylan Hall at No. 2… ranked as high as fifth in the region in doubles… put together a six-match win streak with Hall from Mar. 18 – Apr. 7… earned an 8-2 win over a regionally-ranked duo in Oklahoma Baptist’s (3/25) No. 6 Lucas Castelo Branco and Gianluca Galdi… defeated Cameron’s Babic and Keiran President, 8-2, in the NCAA South Central Region #2 Championship match...
At Everman High School
four-year letter winner for coach David McCollum at Everman (Texas) High School... went 42-0 to claim the Texas UIL Class 5A boys singles title in 2016, defeating Mission Sharyland Pioneer’s Joaquin Delgado, 6-0, 6-0, in the championship match... four-star recruit that ranked ninth in the state of Texas and 96th nationally... went 70-1 the last two seasons of his prep career, claiming a pair of regional titles... did not drop a set in district competition all four years of high school... competed in the Junior Olympics for the Mexican national team...
