Ross Dalton begins his first season as a graduate assistant on the Midwestern State men's soccer coaching staff. He is responsible for mentoring goalkeepers.
Dalton enjoyed a stellar collegiate career first earning National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-America honors at Indian Hills Community College coached by John Fridal.
Dalton led the Warriors to a Region XI title and into the second round of the NJCAA National Tournament where he earned most valuable goalkeeper honors.
Dalton made the jump to Eastern New Mexico with Fridal and didn't skip a beat.
He was the Lone Star Conference Goalkeeper of the Year in 2019 leading the league with a .793 save percentage while setting single-season program records with 11 goalkeeper wins and six shutouts. Dalton posted a 1.15 goals against average to rank third in the LSC.
Overall, Dalton posted 13-6-3 mark in two seasons with the Greyhounds posting a 1.28 goals against average with seven clean sheets.
Dalton is working toward a master's degree in exercise physiology.
