competed in 11 rounds over four tournaments... helped Mustangs to a third-place team showing at the RJGA South Central Preview finishing 50th individually firing scores of 74, 75 and 81 for a 14-over total of 230 at Butterfield Trail Golf Club (9/21-9/22)... competed as an individual medalist in the Midwestern State Invitational, The Hrncair Classic and the UT Tyler Fall Invitational... finished 16th at The Hrncair Classic carding scores of 74 and 75 for a 5-over 149 at The Territory Golf Club (10/19-10/20)... finished 41st at the UT Tyler Invitational (10/26-10/27) and 46th at the Midwestern State Invitational (10/12-10/13)...

Freshman (2019-20)1

At Quanah High School

a four-year letter winner for coach and father Trenton Boyd at Quanah (Texas) High School... earned first-team all-district and all-region honors in golf in each of his prep seasons... a second-team Class 2A All-State performer as a senior in 2019 and was a Class 2A All-State honorable mention as a freshman in 2016... led Indians to a third-place finish at the Class 2A State Championships in 2016 and 2019 and a fifth-place showing in 2017... helped QHS to four consecutive district titles, a regional championship in 2016 and regional runners-up showings in 2017 and 2019... three-sport standout also excelled in basketball and football... earned All-District 9-2A first-team honors in basketball as a senior in 2018-19 and second-team mention as a sophomore in 2016-17... helped QHS to first playoff appearance in 10 years as a junior in 2017-18... was a two-year letter winner in football at wide receiver and cornerback also helping QHS to a playoff appearance as a senior in 2018-19...
